CEO Matt Cole announced minutes ago that his company has spent another $94.5 million to scoop up 1,107 BTC at an average price of $85,400. Its total holdings have jumped to 27,462 units.<\/p>\n
Data from tracking websites such as Newhedge show that the average acquisition price of Strive’s entire stash stands at around $80,862. Given the cryptocurrency’s current price of $83,300, this means that the bitcoin fortune is valued at around $2.3 billion as of now, and the position is slightly in the green.<\/p>\n

Strive continues<\/a> with its consecutive weekly BTC purchases, as we were able to track at least nine in a row. The firm has announced <\/a>new acquisitions even during weeks in which Strategy has stood on the sidelines or was selling.<\/p>\n
The firm has been stacking portions of the leading cryptocurrency via its own Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock called SATA. It’s a publicly traded preferred equity investment designed as a digital credit product that raises capital to buy BTC while paying investors a high, relatively stable yield.<\/p>\n
