Outbound shipments recorded double-digit growth for most of this year. <\/p>\n<p>Chinese policymakers have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news.cn\/fortune\/20260806\/d65b8846b56d48e88387704376e50c29\/c.html\" target=\"_blank\">pledged to roll out new policy measures<\/a> in a timely manner and flagged room for further fiscal spending and monetary easing.
